This role is ideal for someone who combines deep QA expertise with leadership capabilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering flawless customer experiences.

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will:

  • Own and lead the QA process across multiple projects, from requirement analysis to final release.

  • Identify, document, and track defects, driving resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Champion quality by proactively suggesting enhancements to processes, tools, and standards.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Skilled in both manual and automated testing (Selenium, JIRA, Postman, etc.).
  • A clear communicator who can translate technical findings into actionable insights.
  • Passionate about delivering excellence and ensuring client satisfaction.

Join Kensium! Recognized for innovation and excellence in digital commerce. If you're serious about your next career move and want to make a real impact, Kensium is the ideal place to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion end-to-end quality assurance across multiple projects, ensuring functional, performance, and user experience standards are consistently met.
  • Define and evolve QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with Kensium’s delivery goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across concurrent projects.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage through well-structured test cases, traceability matrices, and risk-based testing approaches.
  • Drive adoption of automation and AI-powered testing tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Client Success teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and release planning sessions, articulating QA strategies and outcomes with clarity and confidence.
  • Act as a key decision-maker in release readiness assessments and go/no-go calls.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive measures.
  • Evaluate emerging QA tools, technologies, and methodologies to continuously enhance Kensium’s QA capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning within the QA team.

Experience and Skills:

Testing & Quality Leadership:

  • 8-9 years of progressive experience leading QA across projects.
  • Proven experience in leading and reviewing QA deliverables across ERP and Commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar).
  • Ability to guide teams in designing and maintaining traceability matrices, ensuring full business coverage.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD processes.
  • Proficient with test management tools like JIRA; familiarity with automation and AI-based tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.) preferred.

Collaboration & Client Management:

  • Strong communicator, confident in building rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable initiating direct client conversations to clarify issues, provide updates, and foster transparency.
  • Skilled in managing multiple teams and ensuring consistency across QA artifacts and delivery outcomes.

  • Excellent analytical mindset with a keen eye for downstream and upstream business impacts.
  • Mentors Analysts, encourages ownership, and reinforces best QA practices.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance detail orientation with delivery urgency.

  • Familiarity with AI-based testing platforms and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
