Role Overview:
Kensium is looking for a Webflow Developer who can confidently translate Figma designs into high-quality, responsive Webflow builds. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on Webflow experience, understands modern responsive frameworks, and enjoys working closely with designers to bring interactions and animations to life.
You don’t need to be a senior engineer — but you should be comfortable owning Webflow builds end to end with guidance from the design and UX team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow pages
- Ensure pixel-accurate implementation while maintaining performance and scalability
- Implement responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
- Build and refine animations and interactions using Webflow’s native tools
- Translate interaction ideas into smooth, usable Webflow experiences
- Maintain clean class structures and reusable components in Webflow
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to understand intent and edge cases
- Work with content, marketing, and QA teams to iterate and improve builds
- Use Webflow plugins, utilities, and modern tools (including AI-assisted tools) to speed up development without compromising quality
- Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, and interaction issues
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with Webflow
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Ability to translate Figma designs into Webflow accurately
- Experience with Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content
- Working knowledge of Webflow interactions and animations
- Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and layout logic
- Attention to detail and visual consistency
- Ability to work independently on assigned pages/modules
Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Familiarity with Webflow best practices for performance and SEO
- Experience using Webflow plugins or automation tools
- Exposure to basic JavaScript or custom code embeds
- Understanding of accessibility basics
What This Role Is (and Isn’t):
This role is:
- Execution-focused
- Design-to-build oriented
- Ideal for someone growing deeper into Webflow specialization
This role is not:
- A pure design role
- A senior frontend engineering role
- A heavy backend or logic-intensive position
Why This Role:
You’ll work on real client projects, collaborate with experienced designers, and build production-ready Webflow sites that go live and perform. This is a strong growth role for someone looking to deepen their Webflow and front-end craft.
