Rahul applies his knowledge of technology systems and the industry to foster client relationships and identify new opportunities. When he's not working, Rahul enjoys endurance driving with the fastest cars he can get his hands on. He is a massive fan of German Formula 1 driver Michael Schumacher.
Viren works closely with the CEO to establish an overall strategy for Kensium, along with synchronizing operational direction with Kensium's long-term goals.
He is a successful entrepreneur and likes anything car related
Paul ensures Kensium keeps running smoothly by overseeing day-to-day operations, including legal, risk, human resources, IT, and accounting. Paul loves the ocean, as he is an avid scuba diver and keeps over 300 gallons of saltwater aquariums in his home.
He also enjoys live music, despite often being twice the age of his fellow concert attendees.

With over 25+ years of total work experience in business development, client management, contract management, project delivery, people management, and related activities, Ajit is proficient in operations, sales, and management.
Using his excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, Ajit ensures smooth offshore operations and delivery.
Chief Sales Officer
Ted is responsible for establishing strategic business partnerships and providing strategies, advice, and tools to maintain those relationships. Ted has over ten years of experience in selling eCommerce solutions and is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to knowledge about the industry.
Ted is a huge Chicago Blackhawks fan and watches hockey as often as he can.
Chief Delivery Officer
Raghav has over 22 years’ overall experience of which he has spent 20 years in ERP Consulting, Account Management, Practice Management, Organizational Consulting and Restructuring. He is adept at Practice Building, Pre-sales, Account Management, Delivery Management, System design, Change Management Strategies- aimed at improving baseline revenues. His experience covers areas ranging from ERP consulting to the various other mission critical facets of ERP consulting. His stints in start-ups has enabled him to achieve insights into translating business practices into feasible business models. He has driven alliance initiatives with Oracle to augment sales efforts in the MEA region particularly in the Oracle E-biz space.
He has a proven ability to deliver substantial revenue through well-managed on-time projects, acquisitions, and business process remodeling.
On a persona front, he’s been a three time BBC Wildlife Photographer of the year between 2009-2012. His work is on display in the Bombay Natural History Museum with footnotes from Salim Ali.
Amanda promotes awareness and adoption of Kensium's products and feature enhancements. She also works on creating training for the various plugins and products Kensium develops.
When she can, Amanda spends her free time on the lake in Northern Michigan with her daughter
VP, Creative Services
Richard is an award-winning creative leader with 25 years of experience in digital branding and design solutions.
In his spare time, he collects 19th-century Japanese woodblock prints with an emphasis on the artists; Hiroshige, Kunichika, and Yoshitoshi.
VP, Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Sharmilaa Kanaan lives by the adage, “Take care of your employees, and they will take care of you.” With over 16 years of experience in HR functions, including core operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and L&D, she is an invaluable asset to Kensium.
Sharmilaa has the distinct honor of being recognized as one of the HR 40 under 40 Leaders of 2019 and received the Most Innovative Training Leader award in the Asia-Pacific in 2018.
When Sharmilaa isn’t working, she enjoys DIY projects, reading, and spending time with her daughter.
VP, Client Success
Ryan focuses on nurturing long-term relationships and delivering ongoing strategic direction, consulting, and support to Kensium clients. He has a deep and abiding love of Legos, passed down to him from his architect father.
In his off time, he enjoys reading, learning to DJ, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Prashant has over 21 years of experience in finance and accounting, auditing, taxation, strategic planning, and compliance management. He is a certified Chartered Accounting (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India.
He is also a certified Chartered Accountant (ACA & BFP) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICEAW) of England & Wales, UK.
Christina oversees the Global Kensium Project Management Office. Christina manages all Project Managers at Kensium and ensures customer satisfaction during the life of their project.
When it's time to relax, Christina loves beaches, mainly falling asleep in the sun while reading a good book.
Director, Acumatica Implementations
John supports Kensium's clients in the use of Acumatica as well as the other Kensium products on the Acumatica Platform, including the Product Configurator, eCommerce Connectors, Payment Gateways, and Sales Tax integrations.
John enjoys playing golf, traveling to the Caribbean, and a good single-malt Scotch. He lives in Connecticut with his wife, Laura.
Practice Head, Ecommerce Development
Shailendra has extensive experience in building and driving eCommerce practice, People Management, and in developing and implementing various standards and procedures to run eCommerce practice efficiently .
He has delivered various eCommerce solutions to B2C and B2B customers from industrial and service sector including Retail, Telco, Automobiles across various geographies in India, Middle-East, Europe and US.
He has working experience in various eCommerce platforms like Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify. HCL WebSphere Commerce, and Hybris.
Practice Head, Acumatica Dev and QA
Shyam has extensive knowledge of the Acumatica ERP system implementations, support processes, and Business Application processes. He has successfully setup and led global Help Desk and manages Delivery Operations.
Solid background in the implementation life cycle, support process for ERP and Business Application systems.

Director, Ecommerce Sales
Brandon is responsible for ensuring potential clients make the correct decision that fits their unique brand, technology, and roadmap needs. When he is not considering your bottom line, he is spending time with his wife and three kids in the Kansas City area.
He’s an avid Major League Soccer fan and thoroughly enjoys a freshly poured Guinness.
Director, ERP Sales
Mike is responsible for all Acumatica ERP sales and business development activities here at Kensium. He has over 20 years of experience selling distribution and manufacturing business solutions and holds multiple Acumatica certifications.
Away from work, he enjoys traveling, watching soccer, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Tyler is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of Kensium's business.
Besides marketing, Tyler is passionate about the outdoors, movies, and sipping fruity drinks on boats, preferably with a tiny umbrella in the glass.
Director, Social Media and Creative Services
Victoria manages External Digital Marketing Services for Kensium’s Creative Service department, as well as oversees social media for Kensium. With over 11 years’ experience in creative marketing strategy across several industries, she has a unique talent for amplifying both niche and general products and services.
She is passionate about customer success and innovative engagement techniques. Her personal interests include dogs, gardening, and cooking.
