Role Overview:


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, understands digital platforms, and is curious about how content supports marketing outcomes.

You will work across B2B technology & Commerce use cases — interpreting concepts and producing written content that fits different formats such as blogs, social posts, scripts, and structured SEO content.

This Trainee is content-first, but with a strong marketing layer, especially around social platforms and SEO direction. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation (Primary Responsibility):

  • Write clear, structured content for:
  • Blog articles
  • Website sections or product content
  • Long-form and short-form B2B/eCommerce topics
  • Convert complex B2B technology or commerce concepts into simple, engaging narratives.
  • Create content aligned with SEO briefs shared by the SEO team.

2. Social Media:

  • Write platform-appropriate copy for:
  • Creative copy for social graphics
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Instagram captions
  • Short-form hooks, headlines, and messaging
  • Understand how tone, style, and message differ across social platforms.

3. Research:

  • Conduct background research for B2B + eCommerce content topics.
  • Synthesize information into clear and well-structured copy.
  • Stay aware of content styles and trends in digital marketing and social platforms.

4. SEO-Aware Content Writing:

  • Work with the SEO team for briefs and direction.
  • Write content that supports keyword intent and AI Search Optimization (AISO).
  • Produce structured content that improves search visibility.
  • Understand basic SEO concepts (guidance will be provided)

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

Must-Have:

  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Ability to understand a concept and reframe it into meaningful content
  • Creative thinking and adaptability
  • Attention to detail in writing
  • Ability to write for B2B and commerce contexts

Good-to-Have:

  • Prior writing samples (blogs, essays, social captions, creative writing)
  • Basic familiarity with SEO or content marketing
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their content styles
  • Interest in digital commerce or B2B technology content
