This upgrade has been a long process, but overall, it went well. There may have been a few bumps regarding timing at certain points, but our main impression of the Kensium Team members we dealt with was positive.

After go-live, support has continued to be timely, helping to minimize any issues from dragging on.

We engaged the Kensium team after another Magento/Adobe Commerce solutions provider failed to meet our objectives in migrating our Magento 1 store to Magento 2.
Migrating our platform was a very complex project due to a Headless architecture, a custom-built procurement application, and a product catalog of over 135K SKUs driven by a SaaS provider. Kensium took on the project at approximately the mid-point on the completion timeline and successfully took us over the finish line.
We had a successful launch just prior to the busy holiday season, and the new webstore is now performing well. We will continue to rely on Kensium for both maintenance of the new webstore and for building out new customer-facing features and functionality.
