Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Frontend / UI Engineer to build high-quality, scalable, and user-centric web interfaces. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to translate ideas and designs into performant, accessible, and visually polished user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build responsive, interactive user interfaces using React
- Develop clean, semantic, and reusable code with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Sketch, etc.) into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable UI components
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data flows
- Write maintainable, scalable, and well-documented frontend code
- Debug UI issues and continuously improve user experience
- Stay up to date with modern frontend trends, tools, and best practices
- (Nice to have) Use Cursor or other AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and code quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Experience with component-based architecture
- Knowledge of CSS frameworks or methodologies (e.g., Tailwind, CSS Modules, BEM)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of web performance and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to work closely with designers and product stakeholders
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with design systems or UI libraries
- Basic understanding of backend APIs and REST
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Cursor or AI-powered developer tools
- Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
