Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Integration Developer with strong experience in iPaaS‑based integrations (Boomi/MuleSoft/Azure Integration Services or equivalent) to design and implement integration flows on OmnifiCX, our Commerce-ERP interoperability platform.
You will build scalable, reusable integration components that synchronize data across ERPs, eCommerce, WMS, CRM, POS, and custom systems. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy modern integration engineering – API‑driven flows, reusable connectors, orchestration patterns, and automation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Integration Flow Design & Development (OmnifiCX):
- Design, build, and deploy OmnifiCX integration flows including orchestration, mappings, transformations, and automation steps.
- Create reusable connectors, adapters, and templates for multi‑tenant customer implementations.
- Implement data synchronization jobs for orders, inventory, products, customers, shipments, pricing, and fulfillment.
API & System Integration:
- Integrate ERP, eCommerce, CRM, POS, WMS, and marketplace systems (e.g., Acumatica, NetSuite, Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento).
- Work with REST, SOAP, GraphQL APIs including authentication (OAuth2, API Keys, JWT), rate limits, retries, pagination, and error handling.
- Develop integration specs including field mappings, transformation logic, and workflow definitions.
Data Quality, Monitoring & Reliability:
- Implement automated validation, reconciliation, and alerting for integration flows.
- Create monitoring dashboards (logs, metrics, SLAs) to ensure high reliability.
- Troubleshoot data mismatches and fix integration failures in real time.
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Work closely with solution architects, product teams, and project managers to understand
- requirements and convert them into technical designs.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and improvement of integration standards.
- Support customer onboarding, testing, and hypercare to ensure smooth go‑live.
Performance & Scalability:
- Optimize flow design for high‑throughput, low‑latency integrations.
- Enhance resiliency through retries, circuit breakers, queueing, and async patterns.
- Continuously improve integration frameworks, tooling, and reusability.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 3–7 years of experience in data integration, ETL, or iPaaS development.
- Strong experience with Boomi / MuleSoft / Azure Integration Services / Informatica / similar iPaaS tools.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and API orchestration.
- Solid SQL knowledge; experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience in data mapping, transformations, and workflow-based automation.
- Strong debugging skills with logs, failures, and performance issues.
Preferred:
- Experience integrating ERP, eCommerce, and WMS systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, ShipStation, etc.).
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or C# for custom extensions.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and serverless/integration services.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git versioning, branching, and automated deployments.
- Experience with multi-tenant architectures or SaaS implementation projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
- Practical experience in integration or software development.
- 3+ years of integration development experience.
