Job description:
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B technology sales and presales support. The role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, resourceful in outreach, and passionate about learning the foundations of SaaS and solution selling in the digital commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Presales Support:
- Conduct cold calls and outreach emails to potential clients across eCommerce, retail, and distribution verticals
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers using LinkedIn and CRM tools
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery questions and need analysis
- Support sales teams by scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records in CRM
- Work closely with presales engineers to assist in preparing proposals, decks, and demos
- Maintain lead lists, pipeline reports, and sales dashboards
Marketing Support (Optional/Secondary):
- Assist in crafting outreach sequences, sales email templates, and social media posts
- Support lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing (e.g., webinars, partner events)
- Help collect and organize competitive intelligence and customer feedback
Office Management (Secondary):
- Process mails/ visitors (if any)
- Maintain inventory and office space
- Support employee onboarding/ offboarding as and when required
Experience And Skills:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone/email presence
- Enthusiastic, persistent, and goal-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Bonus: Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus
