Overview
The Acumatica Implementation Consultant is a post-sales position responsible for implementing Acumatica Cloud ERP solutions. The Implementation Consultant will engage in requirements gathering, installation, configuration, training, and documentation for assigned clients/projects, working closely with Implementation Leads, other Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Implement and train on Acumatica ERP for multiple clients/projects.
- Collaborate with other Acumatica Implementation team members.
- Maintain daily communication with clients, solution architects, project managers, implementation teams, and testers regarding implementation topics.
- Create and maintain configuration documents, user guides, and training materials for projects.
- Collaborate on solutions from conception through execution with the Kensium Acumatica, Connector, and Magento Teams.
- Follow and passionately promote best practices throughout the implementation process.
- Maintain, enhance, and ensure the health of all ERP delivery processes and systems.
- Actively participate in high-level team activities such as implementation strategies and process improvements.
- Analyze client data to improve client processes and systems.
- Serve as a technical advisor and problem solver for the Acumatica Support Team.
- Assist with pre-sales opportunities as needed.
- Communicate effectively and work well with cross-functional teams globally.
Core competencies
- ERP Implementation experience.
- Functional knowledge in Finance and Inventory Modules.
- Experience with configurations of various modules.
- Working knowledge of SaaS platforms.
- Requirement gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel (medium level).
- Acumatica ERP experience (preferred).
Required Skills
