Director of Marketing

Overview
The Director of Marketing reports to Kensium's CSO and is responsible for analyzing marketing opportunities, keeping up with current industry trends, and working with stakeholders to create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to deliver results that align with Kensium's sales goals.

Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute an annual marketing plan and budget that is aligned with the company’s sales and revenue goals.

Collaborate with Sales to map out strategies that align, support and extend marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term.

Manage Kensium’s demand-generation channels, including Inbound Digital Marketing, Outbound Email, SDR Outreach, Industry Events, and Strategic Partners.

Manage and nurture partner marketing relationships and develop co-marketing campaigns.

Identify industry tradeshows to attend and oversee strategy, logistics, design, and execution.

Partner with the Kensium Creative Services (CS) team to ensure content and other creative assets are optimized for search and user experience for all channels, including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, and in-person.

Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Proactively develop standards, processes, and best practices for innovative content creation, distribution, and repurposing.
- Report on and review marketing campaign performance, enabling reprioritization and optimization based on campaign results.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

6+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- The position requires the Director of Marketing to be on-site in our downtown office 2-3 days a week with the option to work remotely the other 2-3 days per week.

Experience marketing enterprise technology implementation services (ecommerce and/or ERP), with a strong focus on lead generation.

Experience with Commerce platforms, such as Adobe/Magento, BigCommerce, or ShopifyPlus is a big plus.

Experience with ERP platforms like NetSuite ERP and/or Acumatica ERP is a big plus.

Experience with both outbound, inbound, and demand generation marketing strategies and tactics, including campaigns, email, events, online advertising, and lead nurturing
Nice To Have
We are looking for director-level candidates, with strong experience in marketing enterprise technology implementation services (ecommerce and/or ERP) and extremely focused on lead generation. Experience with Adobe/Magento, BigCommerce, ShopifyPlus, Salesforce Commerce, Acumatica ERP or NetSuite ERP is a plus.
