Job Description:
Kensium is seeking a Senior Architect to lead and scale our OmnifiCX Connectivity & Data Services team in India. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role responsible for building a high‑performing team of implementation specialists, establishing best‑in‑class delivery processes, and acting as the technical authority for OmnifiCX connectivity, data ingestion, and synchronization across ERP, Commerce, POS, WMS, and related enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned architect with deep integration experience, strong people‑building capabilities, and the confidence to engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in transitioning Kensium customers from native ERP–Commerce connectors to OmnifiCX, enabling scalable, standardized, and future‑ready omnichannel solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Team Building & Leadership:
- Build, hire, and scale a team of connectivity and implementation specialists focused on OmnifiCX implementations.
- Define team structure, roles, and skill expectations aligned with Kensium’s growth plans.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to create a strong execution‑driven and quality‑oriented culture.
- Establish performance goals, career paths, and technical growth plans for the team.
OmnifiCX Technical Ownership:
- Become a deep technical expert on the OmnifiCX platform, including its architecture, data model, connectivity framework, and extensibility.
- Act as the primary technical authority for OmnifiCX‑based connectivity, data ingestion, and synchronization across Kensium engagements.
- Evaluate connectivity patterns and data flows and recommend best practices for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive platform feedback and continuous improvement in collaboration with OmnifiCX product teams.
Connectivity Delivery & Architecture:
- Lead end‑to‑end connectivity delivery for ERP ↔ Commerce transitions, including systems such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, and leading ERP platforms.
- Define and standardize connectivity architectures, data ingestion pipelines, synchronization patterns, error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.
- Own solution design reviews, ensuring technical quality and adherence to architectural standards.
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity and data synchronization issues and guide teams toward effective resolutions.
Training, Onboarding & Enablement:
- Create and maintain a structured training and onboarding program for OmnifiCX implementation specialists.
- Develop hands‑on learning materials, documentation, marketplace templates, sample connector implementations, and reference architectures.
- Ensure new team members can quickly become productive and aligned with Kensium standards.
- Drive ongoing upskilling as OmnifiCX and client connectivity needs evolve.
Process & Delivery Excellence:
- Establish repeatable processes and playbooks for transitioning customers from native connectors to OmnifiCX.
- Define delivery methodologies, estimation models, release practices, and quality checkpoints.
- Partner with delivery managers and leadership to ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes.
- Continuously refine processes to reduce onboarding time, implementation risk, and customer friction.
Client‑Facing Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients during discovery, solution design, and implementation.
- Participate in customer workshops, architecture discussions, and executive‑level conversations.
- Clearly articulate the value, technical benefits, and long‑term scalability of OmnifiCX to customers.
- Support pre‑sales efforts by contributing to solution designs, estimates, and technical proposals.
Experience and Skills:
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration and solution architecture roles, using iPaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with one or more iPaaS or integration platforms (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, TIBCO, webMethods, or Workato); ability to evaluate and apply these tools within OmnifiCX-led connectivity architectures.
- Strong hands‑on experience integrating ERP systems with commerce platforms and downstream systems.
- Proven success building and scaling technical teams in a services or product‑led organization.
- Deep understanding of connectivity concepts such as APIs, webhooks, message queues, data ingestion pipelines, synchronization patterns, marketplace templates, and middleware.
- Experience defining and enforcing technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Prior client‑facing experience in a consulting or services environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with omnichannel or composable commerce architectures.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, and modern ERP systems.
- Experience leading platform adoption or connector‑to‑platform migration initiatives.
- Strong documentation and enablement mindset.

Minimum Qualifications:
