This role is for you if you thrive on owning the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure – and enjoy working closely with marketing to craft compelling outreach strategies. As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with marketing to generate and qualify leads through campaigns and outreach.
- Introduce Kensium’s services to potential clients and articulate our value proposition.
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through decision-making.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and messaging.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing to generate and qualify leads through digital campaigns, events, and outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and position Kensium’s services effectively.
- Own the full sales cycle: from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Represent Kensium at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and contribute to business growth.
Work Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the services or outsourcing space.
- Proven success in managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
- Experience working with startups or in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, resentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in startup environments or service-based businesses is highly desirable.
