Role Overview:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can operate across strategy and execution to drive measurable outcomes. This is a high-ownership role responsible where you will work closely with leadership to plan and execute marketing initiatives across channels.


This role requires someone who can both think strategically and execute independently, especially in content, paid media, and growth experiments.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in startups or agencies and has experience handling multiple aspects of marketing, with exposure to B2B SaaS or B2B commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy & Planning:

  • Work with leadership to develop full-funnel marketing strategies for our clients across B2B and B2C (B2B SaaS, B2B Commerce preferred)
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans across channels
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities

2. Demand Generation & Acquisition:

  • Plan and execute campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search)
    • Meta Ads
    • Account based Marketing (B2B)
  • Drive lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives

3. SEO, AI Search & Content:

  • Contribute to AI search optimization strategies
  • Create content frameworks and topic clusters
  • Write and edit high-quality content alligned with AI Search principles
  • Work with Technical SEO for execution

4. Experimentation & Optimization:

  • Design and run A/B tests across campaigns and landing pages
  • Identify performance gaps and optimize based on data
  • Improve lead quality and conversion through experimentation

5. CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:

  • Design lead nurturing journeys
  • Work with CRM / marketing automation tools
  • Improve conversion across lifecycle stages

6. Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Track and analyze channel performance
  • Generate insights and optimize campaigns
  • Build reporting frameworks

7. Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead marketing discussions with clients
  • Translate business goals into execution plans
  • Align internal teams across functions

Requirements:

  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or B2B commerce environments preferred
  • 3–6 years in growth / performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience across:
    • Paid media
    • SEO
    • Content strategy and writing
    • Account Based Marketing
    • Brand Positioning & Messaging
  • Strong communication & client-facing ability
  • Ability to independently execute and own outcomes
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

  • Experience working with clients in the US.
  • Experience in startups / agencies (highly preferred)
  • AI search / emerging discovery understanding
