ERP Sales Manager

Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leads Kensium's Sales for Acumatica ERP.

  • Follows up on leads generated by the marketing team and qualifies them.

  • Create sales opportunities.

  • Should be able to give a demo of the solution to the client.

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals via qualification and development of new accounts.

  • Speak the ERP language with the prospects, and document customer business needs and expectations.

  • Coordinate with pre-sales technical teams for customer demonstrations.

  • Coordinate with partners and integrated software vendors to arrive at the pricing of the overall solution.

  • Contract Negotiations.

  • Create Statements of Work.

  • Articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions.

  • Link the solution value to the pains & gains of the C-level buyers.

  • Develop and manage reference sites through high quality, technical and professional, client relationships.

  • Maintain CRM and handle reporting to Senior Management and solution partner.

Experience and Skills 

  • Over 8 to 12 years of experience in IT industry, relevant experience in ERP Sales of at least 3 to 5 years.

  • Must be skilled in all aspects of the sales process.

  • The ideal candidate will have an extensive, demonstrated history of selling integrated distribution and/or commerce-based ERP solutions.

  • Experience with complex selling & value-based (consultative) sales strategies.

  • Excellent communication, planning, organization and presentation skills.

  • Strong customer relationship skills.

  • Ability to conduct effective needs analysis.

  • Good experience in CRM and MS Office Products.

  • Must be ready and willing to travel up to 30%.

  • Experience selling SaaS-based solutions (especially Acumatica or any other large ERP solution) is a plus.

  • Experience in Ecommerce / Magento is a plus.  

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in MBA or Business Management or Marketing & Sales.
  • Certifications in the related filed.
