We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, entrepreneurial, dynamic, results-oriented, and passionate sales representative. Working in partnership with the leadership team, we are seeking an individual to help execute our ecommerce sales strategy in North America with a world-class sales team.
We need an ecommerce salesperson with a track record of winning complex deals at the executive level by using a consultative sales approach. For this role, you will need to be a motivator, decisive, persistent and you are a champion of business solutions that enable our clients to thrive. People describe you as a goal-oriented self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment. You understand the value of technology, are passionate about continuous improvement, and are a champion of a milestone-driven, repeatable, consultative sales approach. You’re a strong problem solver and excel at listening and asking the right questions. You have strong domain knowledge of all aspects of the ecommerce landscape.

A high degree of independence to take action. You will have a supportive, collaborative relationship with the sales team, solution architects, and sales operations support. Sales leads and opportunities will be developed, nurtured and provided by our marketing and business development team. While you will have guidance, direction and support from leadership, you will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy to deliver your results.

Drive organic growth. Your initial focus will be to continue to build out our North American Shopify Plus practice, primarily in the B2B market, and you will focus on adding new accounts.
We have a highly developed and mature partner network and a marketing team to identify new leads and opportunities, and to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will not be expected to identify new opportunities. We’re looking for a closer, not a hunter.

• You have a track record of consistently exceeding/meeting 7-figure sales quota in the ecommerce software space (e.g., Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar)
• You employ a milestone-based, customer centric, value-based consultative sales process
• You value, enjoy and get personal satisfaction from helping your team and practice grow
• You have direct experience with selling enterprise level ecommerce solutions and the associated life-cycle implementation services
• You possess unquestioned personal and business integrity, high ethical standards
• You prefer and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You are highly proficient maintaining high performance standards and ensuring CRM hygiene
• BA/BS/BTech degree or equivalent
