Key Responsibilities:

CRO Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and lead conversion optimization strategies tailored to eCommerce performance KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, etc.).
  • Own the experimentation roadmap—design and manage A/B, multivariate, and split tests across critical user journeys.
  • Use findings to inform UX/UI improvements in collaboration with the design team.

User Behavior & Data Analysis:

  • Analyze heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings, and funnel analytics to identify friction points and user drop-offs.
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative data to form clear hypotheses about user behavior and testing opportunities.
  • Leverage tools such as Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity, or FullStory to drive insights.

Competitor Benchmarking & UX Research:

  • Conduct competitive analysis and usability reviews to identify UX best practices across the e-commerce landscape.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and testing techniques to continuously evolve Kensium’s CRO playbook.

Collaboration & Implementation:

  • Partner closely with UI/UX design teams to align visual changes with testing insights.
  • Work alongside developers and project managers to ensure timely test deployments and feature rollouts.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and report on test outcomes with statistical confidence.

Measurement & Optimization:

  • Create detailed performance reports and dashboards showing test results, wins/losses, and next steps.
  • Establish and refine CRO KPIs and success metrics across different client verticals.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization for eCommerce or performance websites.
  • Strong grasp of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies, hypothesis design, and statistical significance.
  • Proficiency in CRO platforms like Optimizely, VWO, Convert.com, etc.
  • Skilled in analytics platforms: GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and behavior analysis tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
  • Understanding of UX principles and how they influence user decision-making and online behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills—capable of presenting findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to think strategically but also dive deep into UX patterns, site structures, and conversion flows.
  • Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
