Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Account Management: 

  • Own end-to-end management of client accounts on Amazon (and other platforms like Walmart, if applicable).
  • Optimize product listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ content, and backend data.
  • Ensure products meet platform compliance and are positioned for maximum visibility and conversions.

Marketplace Advertising & Promotions:

  • Develop and execute paid ad strategies on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, etc.).
  • Set budgets, manage bids, and optimize campaigns to drive ROAS and sales.
  • Conduct keyword research, monitor performance, and perform ongoing A/B testing to refine ad strategies.

Client Strategy & Communication:

  • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for marketplace clients.
  • Translate client objectives into tailored Amazon growth strategies.
  • Present performance reports, insights, and improvement plans in regular review meetings.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, conversion rate, ACOS, ROAS, Buy Box ownership, and organic ranking.
  • Use tools like Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, etc
  • Build reports and dashboards for internal and client-side transparency.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work with content and creative teams to develop product assets that align with marketplace requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical and development teams to ensure timely updates and fixes to product feeds or integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years managing Amazon Marketplace accounts for eCommerce brands, including both organic and paid strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon’s platform: Seller Central, advertising tools, A+ content, and FBA processes.
  • Proven ability to grow product sales through listing optimization and paid campaigns.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Amazon analytics tools and ad platforms.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic, ROI-driven decisions.
