The Opportunity

We’re growing fast and invite you to join our amazing team. We’re aiming to grow by 40% across the business yet again, but we need your help! We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, entrepreneurial, dynamic, results-oriented, and passionate sales representative. Working in partnership with the leadership team, we are seeking an individual to help execute our ecommerce sales strategy in North America with a world-class sales team.

We need an ecommerce salesperson with a track record of winning complex deals at the executive level using a consultative sales approach. In this role, you will need to be a motivator, decisive, persistent, and a champion of business solutions that enable our clients to thrive. People describe you as a goal-oriented self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment. You understand the value of technology, are passionate about continuous improvement, and are a proponent of a milestone-driven, repeatable, consultative sales approach. You’re a strong problem solver who excels at listening and asking the right questions. Additionally, you have strong domain knowledge of all aspects of the ecommerce landscape.

What’s In It For You

You’ll collaborate with the sales team, solution architects, and sales operations support. Sales leads and opportunities will be developed, nurtured, and provided by our marketing and business development team. While you will have guidance, direction, and support from leadership, you will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy to deliver your results.

With a solid reputation in the B2B domain, strong partnerships with major ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce Cloud), and a large, mature ERP practice that creates synergistic ecommerce cross-sales, you will have the opportunity to make a material impact, both personally and professionally.

Your Priorities

  • Drive organic growth. Your initial focus will be to continue building our North American Shopify Plus practice, primarily in the B2B market, and focus on adding new accounts.
  • We have a highly developed and mature partner network and a marketing team to identify new leads and opportunities and to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will not be expected to identify new opportunities; we’re looking for a closer, not a hunter.

Qualifications

  • A track record of consistently exceeding/meeting 7-figure sales quotas in the ecommerce software space (e.g., Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar)
  • Proficiency in employing a milestone-based, customer-centric, value-driven consultative sales process
  • A passion for helping your team and practice grow, coupled with the personal satisfaction that comes from doing so
  • Direct experience selling enterprise-level ecommerce solutions and associated lifecycle implementation services
  • Unquestioned personal and business integrity with high ethical standards
  • A preference for working in a fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in maintaining performance standards and ensuring CRM hygiene
  • A BA/BS/BTech degree or equivalent experience
