Overview 

Blanca Studio had spent over three years attempting to modernize its ecommerce and ERP ecosystem, particularly around integrating Shopify with backend systems. Multiple implementation efforts across different vendors failed to deliver a working solution, creating operational inefficiencies and delaying business progress.
