Overview
The Web Developer is responsible for writing and coding individual programs based on specific requirements. They will create and design clients’ websites according to specifications.

Required Skills
- 0-2 Years of Experience: A recent college graduate and/or someone with basic but strong knowledge of core technical domains (e.g., Java, PHP, .NET, etc.). Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and acquire skills.
- Mentorship: Requires guidance and mentoring to deliver code units. Not expected to work independently. Typically paired with a more experienced developer (Dev3) who will monitor and be accountable for the work done by Dev1.
