WMS/IMS Functional Consultant

Job Description

OmnifiCX connects ERPs such as Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite and Dynamics with the commerce systems manufacturers and distributors run on. As the OmnifiCX OMS Domain Expert, you will bring hands-on order management knowledge into how OmnifiCX handles orders across connected systems. You will work with the OmnifiCX product and engineering teams on the order data model behind OmnifiCX

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define how inventory and stock availability behave across OmnifiCX flows, warehouses and locations.
• Work with OmnifiCX engineering on the inventory and warehouse data model.
• Define how inventory syncs between ERP, warehouse and commerce channels through OmnifiCX.
• Bring standard WMS and inventory management practice into OmnifiCX product decisions.
• Map OmnifiCX inventory data to Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite and Dynamics, and flag gaps early.
• Keep OmnifiCX inventory handling right-sized for mid-market manufacturers, distributors and omnichannel retailers.
• Review inventory-related enhancement requests Partners raise through the OmnifiCX Support Portal.

Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing or running a WMS or inventory management system.
• Working knowledge of multi-warehouse and multi-location inventory.
• Mid-market experience in distribution, manufacturing or omnichannel retail.
• Exposure to Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite or Dynamics.
• Comfortable working with engineers on data models and integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Has implemented or run a WMS or inventory management system.
• Exposure to at least one of Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite or Dynamics.
• Willing to work hands-on with OmnifiCX engineering on the inventory data model.
