PIM Subject Matter Expert

Job Description

OmnifiCX connects ERPs such as Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite and Dynamics with the commerce systems manufacturers and distributors run on. As the OmnifiCX OMS Domain Expert, you will bring hands-on order management knowledge into how OmnifiCX handles orders across connected systems. You will work with the OmnifiCX product and engineering teams on the order data model behind OmnifiCX

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define how products, variants, attributes and categories are structured in OmnifiCX PIM.
• Work with OmnifiCX engineering on the PIM data model.
• Define how product data flows between ERP, OmnifiCX PIM and commerce channels.
• Bring standard PIM practice into OmnifiCX product decisions.
• Map OmnifiCX product data to Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite and Dynamics, and flag gaps early.
• Keep OmnifiCX PIM right-sized for mid-market manufacturers, distributors and omnichannel retailers.
• Review catalog-related enhancement requests Partners raise through the OmnifiCX Support Portal.

Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing or running a PIM.
• Working knowledge of B2B catalogs for manufacturers and distributors.
• Mid-market experience in distribution, manufacturing or omnichannel retail.
• Exposure to Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite or Dynamics.
• Comfortable working with engineers on data models and integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Has implemented or run a PIM.
• Exposure to at least one of Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite or Dynamics.
• Willing to work hands-on with OmnifiCX engineering on the PIM data model.
