Job description:

We are seeking a junior to mid-level professional with experience in office administration, executive/admin support, office coordination, sales support, or similar operational roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to support marketing-related tasks including presentation/deck creation, event coordination, scheduling, calendar/social support, and collateral organization
  • Ability to support sales-related tasks including CRM updates, contact list management, meeting coordination, travel/logistics, proposal formatting, and follow-up tracking
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple teams
  • Able to work fully onsite in Chicago and available to start quickly

Position Structure:

This opportunity may be structured as either:
