Job description:
We are seeking a junior to mid-level professional with experience in office administration, executive/admin support, office coordination, sales support, or similar operational roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to support marketing-related tasks including presentation/deck creation, event coordination, scheduling, calendar/social support, and collateral organization
- Ability to support sales-related tasks including CRM updates, contact list management, meeting coordination, travel/logistics, proposal formatting, and follow-up tracking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple teams
- Able to work fully onsite in Chicago and available to start quickly

Position Structure:
