We are looking for an Integration Developer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, connecting systems that were never designed to work together, and building integrations that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.

The ideal candidate will have experience with iPaaS platforms and enterprise integrations, with hands-on experience integrating eCommerce and/or ERP systems. Boomi experience and certification are an added advantage, and we are open to candidates with experience on other leading iPaaS platforms who have strong integration fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support enterprise integrations using iPaaS platforms.
• Participate in the complete integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop integrations between eCommerce, ERP, CRM, WMS, OMS, and other enterprise or third-party applications.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, databases, EDI, and other common data formats.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, error handling, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions following established standards and best practices.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, production deployment, and post-production validation.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution.
• Work closely with QA, Development, Architecture, business teams, and customers to deliver successful integrations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective integration solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, mapping documents, integration documentation, and deployment/support documentation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve integration patterns, processes, tools, and standards.

Experience and Skills

Integration & Technical Expertise

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in integration development using an iPaaS or integration platform.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts, integration patterns, APIs, data mapping, transformation, and error handling.
• eCommerce or ERP integration experience is mandatory.
• Must have independently completed at least one end-to-end integration implementation.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and common data formats.
• Strong logical, analytical, and programming skills, with hands-on experience in at least one programming language.
• Ability to understand and develop custom logic/scripts required for integration solutions and troubleshooting.
• Programming experience can be in any programming language; strong programming fundamentals are more important than a specific language.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL is an advantage.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, API keys, and certificates is a plus.

iPaaS & Boomi

• Experience with any leading iPaaS/integration platform is welcome.
• Hands-on Boomi experience is an added advantage.
• Boomi certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with Boomi connectors, mappings, profiles, transformations, process design, exception handling, deployment, and monitoring is a plus.
• Exposure to Boomi API Management, Data Hub, workflow automation, and other enterprise capabilities is an advantage.

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Exposure to AI-enabled integration capabilities and automation is a plus.
• Experience with AI Agents / Agentic solutions is an advantage.
• Understanding of how AI agents can interact with APIs, enterprise data, integrations, and business processes is a plus.
• Exposure to LLMs, MCP, AI-assisted development, or intelligent workflow automation is an advantage.

Business Application Experience

• Experience integrating with platforms such as:
• ERP: Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• eCommerce: Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar.
• CRM: Salesforce or similar platforms.
• WMS/OMS, payment gateways, marketplaces, logistics, and other third-party systems.

Collaboration & Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with customers, business stakeholders, QA, developers, architects, and project teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Previous experience in a client-facing environment is an advantage.

Analytical & Organisational Abilities

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and production support processes.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and integration patterns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on integration development experience.
• Experience with an iPaaS or enterprise integration platform.
• eCommerce or ERP integration experience.
• At least one independently completed end-to-end integration implementation.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data transformation, mapping, and integration concepts.
• Strong logical and programming skills with experience in at least one programming language.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on Boomi experience.
• Boomi certification.
• Experience with Boomi AI, Agentic capabilities, API Management, Data Hub, and workflow automation
• Experience with other leading iPaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI/LLM-based integrations, AI Agents, MCP, or intelligent automation.
• Experience integrating ERP, eCommerce, WMS, OMS, CRM, payment, marketplace, or logistics systems.
