Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Quality Billing process and procedure with accuracy and timely manner.
  • Support Manager on weekly and monthly billing process.
  • To handle new client on boarding workflow end to end process.
  • Identifying the revenue leakage areas (Reviewing the high non-invoiceable projects, bench time, resource productivity, team recording hours on scrum meetings, vendor resources ROI, etc.) and reviewing with reporting manager to resolve the revenue leakages.
  • Detect Errors in the Billing process and discuss with Manage and make appropriate corrections.
  • Participate in Billing/Revenue related system implementation.
  • Assess contracts and Vendor payments.
  • Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation.
  • Identification of issues that may affect organization revenue project delivery and providing the findings to the management team.
  • Monitoring the profitability of projects and service providers.
  • Ability to communicate well with peers, cross-functional groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Organizational skills while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Should be a Self-starter.
  • Assist in providing analytical data to present in the Excel & PPT
  • Generate periodic reports from various sources (tools, portals, and applications) as needed for the executive team.
  • To handle a wide variety of complex and confidential situations
  • Holds self to highest levels of professional code of conduct, confidentiality, ethics, and values, always presenting accurate information

Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Should have the knowledge and skills to turn raw data into information and insight, which can be used to make business decisions.
  • Experience in data models and reporting packages
  • Ability to analyse large datasets.
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports.
  • Ability to process the Contract and Billing
  • High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
