The Challenge

Gaminar needed a fresh, streamlined web application to boost conversions and keep users engaged.
They wanted a seamless, user-friendly interface that made setting up and managing webinars easier,
ultimately increasing active users.

User Interviews

After thorough UX audits and assessments, we began by
analyzing the market and competition. To gain deeper insights,
we went straight to the users, engaging in direct conversations
about their experience with the product.
As the legend goes, "talking to 5 users is better than none". We
did just that and uncovered deeper insights. But, instead of
personas, we dissected the users further based on need and
usage to better grasp and address the actual problems users
faced, helping us paint a much better flow for the protagonist :)

Defining the Architecture.

Most users struggled with navigation and found the system overwhelming, especially newcomers. To streamline workflows and simplify the learning curve, we restructured unorganized modules into intuitive, guided experiences. Smart flows, interactive tours, and user-specific dashboards made onboarding seamless and navigation effortless.

We began by refining navigation, highlighting key elements on the dashboard and tailoring it to each user group’s specific workflows.
