Role Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to performance marketing execution, experimentation, and learning in a fast-paced environment.
You will support the marketing team across paid media, email campaigns, content planning, and social media initiatives, working closely with performance marketers, designers, and strategists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution and setup of paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Assist with ad creatives, copy variations, and creative direction discussions
- Help plan, draft, and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promos, announcements)
- Support audience targeting, basic keyword research, and campaign structuring
- Assist in content planning for social media and marketing channels
- Help with performance tracking, basic reporting, and insights gathering
- Coordinate with designers for creatives and campaign assets
- Support documentation, learning notes, and internal marketing trackers
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on campaigns and content
Required Skills:
- Strong interest in digital marketing and growth strategies
- Basic understanding or exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email marketing
- Good communication skills
- Ability to think creatively about ads, messaging, and content
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and ask questions
- Ability to manage tasks in a remote setup

- Prior coursework, certifications, or self-learning in digital marketing
- Exposure to tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
