Our Holistic Approach To Design
UX and UI is not effective without a holistic understanding of a client’s business goals, customers and brand. Our UX/UI process doesn’t take place in a vacuum, it requires information and collaboration from both the client and our technical development teams in order to provide an optimal solution. The below diagram is an overview of the involvement of our design team, from the start of a project to post-launch.
Our holistic approach is not just about asking "What” but also about figuring out “Why". We want to understand every aspect of your business and find the best solution for you. Our Discovery process asks the right questions and establishes the scope for an effective solution.
The design team collaborates closely with the technical team and the client to arrive at a Business Requirements Document (BRD). This is the project "bible" that sets expectations on all sides. Part of the BRD are website wireframes that dictate the layout of website features and functions.
In this phase, our team creates the branded page designs for the website. This iterative process involves stages of client review and approvals. The approved desktop and mobile designs are then passed to our front end development team for coding and integration.
Throughout the website project, members of the our team are available to consult with the client and offer assistance on any design aspect of the project. Once the site is launched we can continue to provide support with additional design and conversion optimization services.
