Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sage X3 Consultant responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Sage X3 ERP across various industry verticals. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle Sage X3 ERP implementations, including scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Sage X3 modules such as Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Projects.
- Analyze client business processes to identify areas for system optimization and improvement.
- Configure and customize Sage X3 to meet business requirements, including workflows, reports, user roles, and integrations.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver client training and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal technical/development teams for customizations and integrations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insight and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants on projects.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with Sage X3 ERP implementations and consulting.
- Proven expertise in multiple Sage X3 modules (e.g., Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, CRM).
- Strong understanding of ERP processes across industries like manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
- Experience with data migration and system integration (API, Web Services, etc.).
- Proficient in SQL and Crystal Reports (preferred).
- Strong project management and client communication skills.
- Ability to lead client workshops and provide end-user training
