EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
We are seeking a Content Marketing Strategist who will define and own the content direction across multiple marketing channels. This role bridges strategy and execution — from shaping SEO content to guiding ad copy, campaign creatives, and email marketing — with a strong focus on aligning with the brand, audience personas, and tone
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Direction:
- Define content strategy across SEO, ad creatives, email campaigns, and social media for our clients.
- Work directly with US-based clients to understand brand voice, customers, and market dynamics.
- Translate business goals, customer insights, and competitor research into clear content roadmaps and direction.
- Lead projects by defining content strategy and engaging with clients/customers to align on objectives.
Content Development & Cross-Channel Marketing Support:
- Review and evaluate AI-generated articles to ensure quality, accuracy, EEAT standards, and alignment with brand voice.
- Write/create the copy for ads, email campaigns, social media for our clients.
- Ensure all content supports the persona, brand tone & campaign goals.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, and Design teams to ensure campaigns have compelling and conversion-focused messaging.
- Support thought-leadership and brand storytelling through case studies, guides, and whitepapers.
Optimization & Performance Tracking:
- Partner with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for visibility and engagement.
- Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.
- Spot content gaps and create opportunities to drive stronger performance.
Preferred:
- 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of content’s role in SEO, paid campaigns, and CRO.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to give clear content direction.
- Experience reviewing AI-generated content and elevating it to meet brand standards.
- Skilled at translating business and campaign goals into actionable content strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with design, SEO, and paid media teams.
