Combustible Loading Manager (CLM®)

CLM® is a web-based workflow solution for Fire Protection and Analysis. It allows for easy tracking of fixed and transient combustible loading materials and assists in maintaining risk-based compliance. CLM’s industry standard performance indicators provide an easy-to-read system health status of plants, making the fire monitoring process effortless.

Agent Desktop
Agent Desktop is a Java-based desktop Plug-In for applications integrating with Concerto Dialer products. With just a small configuration script, Agent Desktop seamlessly integrates with custom applications on mainframe, client-server, or web-based platforms, and improves productivity. Users with complex needs can write their own scripts to handle these functions.

Kensium e-Dialer®
Kensium e-Dialer® is suite of applications built around a predictive dialer that supports both inbound and outbound dialing. The suite comprises of three main components: Dialer, Voice Logger, and Remote Call Monitor, and comes with applications such as Agent Station Controller, Telephony Server, Call Center Manager, Report Manager and Supervisor/Administrator.

Built on a robust COM+ platform utilizing Dialogic telephony cards for Telephony, and Active Directory security features, the e-dialer suite is easily scalable to accommodate up to 500 seats.

It also allows the creation of custom campaigns utilizing any Microsoft development language such as VB or VC++.
