The need for improved data access, quality, and sharing is continuously on the increase. No less critical is data transparency across the research process to ensure that EDD is replicable.

Due to the distributed nature of data in today’s business environment, corporate electronic information is often physically located in different geographic locations. Data Preparation: We review data and convert it into common formats such as HTML and TIFF for its full visibility. You’ll also want the ability to do large-scale data searches.
Indexing and optimizing: We index and optimize your database for searching, and produce it in a variety of formats for review, such as the Web and electronic databases

Data Review

The goal is to reduce the time and resources you need to allocate to the search and review process, while protecting the integrity of your client’s data.

We identify and cull non-essential data such as operating system and program files to facilitate the review process.
We de-duplicate content files to create single copies of identical files while maintaining a complete file history.
We track the chain of data custody to prevent the compromising of evidence.
We digitally fingerprint each file to ensure a legally defensible audit trail and assign a Bates-like number to each unique data element to ensure data tracking, authenticity and integrity of the electronic discovery process.
